Purchases
In the event of a purchase you will need to provide some information necessary for this process: full name, full address and credit card information.

Logo customization service
Our logo customization service includes:
- Changing logo font
- Changing logo colors
- Modifying logo text
- Changing position of elements
- Removing the unwanted elements
- Other minor adjustments
In order to use our Customization logo service just press the Customize logo button placed on every logo page, and fill the service request form. You are responsible for the correctness of the data used to fill the service request form.
Each customer is entitled to a single revision of the logo. After we receive your logo request, we will send you within 24 hours a JPG logo suggestion via email and you will have to provide us feedback.A revision is the request for any type of change to a logo we have sent to you so as to provide you 100 percent satisfaction. This may mean, for example, a change of colors, fonts, images.
The service charge is described in the plan you have chosen when you filled the service request form. Payment must be done after you receive the logo design and you’re satisfied with it. After the payment has been made you will receive all logo files by email (JPG, PNG and AI).
Custom logo service
In order to use our Custom logo service just fill the service request form placed on Get custom logo page. You are responsible for the correctness of the data used to fill the form.
Standard Plan
After completing the form you will receive 2 logo design concepts from which you will have to choose one that we then adapt to your needs.
You will be entitled to a maximum of 4 revisions for the chosen logo. After each revision we will send you via email the JPG logo to give us feedback. A revision is the request for any type of change to a logo we have sent to you so as to provide you 100 percent satisfaction. This may mean, for example, a change of colors, fonts, size of a shape.
The delivery time is 2 business days from the time the request for this service was received (here is not included the time needed to carry out the revisions, as we can not control the period of time when the client sends us the revision requests, generally a revision takes up to several hours).
The service charge is described in the plan you have chosen when you filled the service request form. Payment must be done after you receive the logo design and you’re satisfied with it. After the payment has been made you will receive all logo files by email (JPG, PNG and AI).
Pro Plan
After completing the form you will receive 4 logo design concepts from which you will have to choose one that we then adapt to your needs.

Platinum Plan
After completing the form you will receive 6 logo design concepts from which you will have to choose one that we then adapt to your needs.
You will be entitled to a unlimited number of revisions for the chosen logo. After each revision we will send you via email the JPG logo to give us feedback. A revision is the request for any type of change to a logo we have sent to you so as to provide you 100 percent satisfaction. This may mean, for example, a change of colors, fonts, size of a shape.
The delivery time is 7 business days from the time the request for this service was received (here is not included the time needed to carry out the revisions, as we can not control the period of time when the client sends us the revision requests, generally a revision takes up to several hours).
The service charge is described in the plan you have chosen when you filled the service request form. Payment must be done after you receive the logo design and you’re satisfied with it. After the payment has been made you will receive all logo files by email (JPG, PNG and AI).
Business cards delivery time may vary depending on the country to which the order will be sent.
Payment
Payment can be made by Wire Transfer or by PayPal.
We reserve the right to change at any time the prices related to the services offered on the website. Such changes will be posted online on the site. These changes will not affect the prices for services related to a job request previously approved and estimated or to a project that is already in work.
Refunds
Refunds apply if required by law or if it applies the 30 day money back guaranteed feature. Within 30 days of purchasing a service on rovenlogos.com, the client can ask for the money back if he is not satisfied with the service by filling the form on our contact page and get a full refund.
Contest
In the event of a contest that will be available on our website, the contest will not be governed by these Terms of service and will have a set of rules that will be available during the contest, on the contest page.
